“Promoting traffic safety in our communities by stimulating understanding”

My journey in law enforcement began in 1998 when I completed the basic law enforcement academy. Since then, I have not only earned a reputation for being an expert in identifying contributing factors and crash causation with precision, but I have also made a significant impact on the field of collision and crime scene investigation. My approach involves the use of modern investigative techniques and tools, and the application of the principles of physics and empirical data to analyze physical and testimonial evidence, a methodology that has inspired many in the field.
As an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida - Institute of Police Training and Management, Seminole State College, Daytona State College, and Valencia State College, I have provided comprehensive training to hundreds of professionals in advanced topics related to traffic collision investigation, drug and alcohol-impaired driving investigation, and breath alcohol testing. This extensive training has further solidified my reputation as an expert in the fields of collision and crime scene reconstruction, instilling confidence in my expertise.
My experience as a crash and crime scene reconstructionist has not only made me a leader in the professional application of forensic investigative methods but also a reliable resource for handling real-world cases. I have applied my knowledge in human perception and response analysis, driver and vehicle performance analysis, 3D LiDAR terrestrial and aerial photogrammetric mapping, forensic 3D animation, and video content and motion analysis to create numerous highly detailed visual exhibits and photorealistic 3D animations of both collision and crime scenes. These have served as compelling evidence in criminal and civil litigation, reassuring my audience of my ability to handle complex cases.
In 2018, I began offering my expertise as a collision and crime scene reconstruction consultant. Since then, I have consistently been acknowledged as an expert in the field of vehicle collision and crime scene reconstruction, drug and alcohol impairment, bullet trajectory analysis, and video content and motion analysis. This recognition, coupled with my proven track record of excellence, extensive experience, and expertise, positions me as the top choice for any project or case that requires the application of scientifically reliable forensic investigative methods.
